Internal Notes for Better Sales Order Context
The Sales Order Notes module allows users to add internal sticky notes directly inside sales orders. Notes are integrated with chatter messages and visible across different views for better communication and tracking.
Whether it's a follow-up reminder, a special customer instruction, or an internal flag for the warehouse team — notes stay attached to the order and are visible directly from List and Kanban views without needing to open the full form.
