Customer-Specific Last Sale Details in Quotations
The Last Sale Price & Date on Sale Order Lines module enhances the sale order line view by displaying the last sale price and last sale date for each product based on the selected customer. Activate the fields by clicking the three dots in the line level.
Information updates automatically while the quotation is in draft state. Once the order is confirmed, values are fixed — giving sales teams historical pricing context precisely when they need it, without leaving the quotation form.

Displays the date when the product was last sold to that exact customer for pricing context.
Color Coding
Visual indicators: Blue and Bold text highlight last sale information to distinguish it from current order values.
Real-Time Draft Updates
Information updates dynamically when the customer or product is changed while the order is in draft state.
Fixed After Confirmation
Once the sale order is confirmed, last sale values are fixed and no longer dynamically update.
Customer-Specific Data
Displays sale history specific to the selected customer only — not generic last sale across all customers.

Get the Module
1. Navigate to Sales → Orders → Quotations
2. Open or create a quotation and select the customer
3. Click the three dots (optional columns) in the order line
4. Enable Last Sale Price and Last Sale Date fields
5. System automatically fetches and displays last sale info for the selected customer
6. Confirm the order — values become fixed in the record
