Display Customer-Specific Last Sale Details in Sale Orders

The Last Sale Price & Date on Sale Order Lines module enhances the sale order line view by displaying the last sale price and last sale date for each product based on the selected customer.

Activate the fields by clicking the three dots in the line level. Information updates automatically while the quotation is in draft state.

Key Features

Last Sale Price Display
Shows the last price at which the product was sold to the selected customer.

Last Sale Date Display
Displays the date when the product was last sold to that customer.

Color Coding
Visual indicators (Blue and Bold) highlight last sale information.

Draft State Real-Time Update
Information updates dynamically while the order is in draft state.

Fixed After Confirmation
Values become fixed once the order is confirmed.

Customer Specific Data
Displays sale details specific to the selected customer only.

How It Works

Navigate to:
Sales → Orders → Quotations
Open or create a quotation.

Activate Optional Fields
Click the three dots in the order line to enable the Last Sale Price and Last Sale Date fields.

Last Sale Information Display
The system automatically fetches and displays the last sale details for the selected customer.
