Real-Time Stock Visibility in Purchase Orders

The Purchase Order Stock Availability & Forecast module enhances the Purchase Order line view by displaying current stock quantity, forecasted quantity, and stock coverage status directly in the form.

Activate the fields by clicking the three dots in the line level. Features are visible while the order is in draft state.

Key Features

On Hand Quantity Display
Shows current available stock directly in Purchase Order lines.

Forecasted Quantity
Displays future stock including incoming and outgoing movements.

Stock Coverage Percentage
Shows what percentage of the ordered quantity can be fulfilled.

Color Coding
Visual indicators for stock status:
• Red – Out of Stock
• Green – Sufficient Stock

Detailed Stock Information
Button to view stock details across different warehouse locations.

Draft State Only
Features are visible only in draft (RFQ) state.

Unit of Measure Support
Properly handles different units of measure.

How It Works

Navigate to:
Purchases → Orders → Requests For Quotation

Full Stock Availability
Displays sufficient stock with green indicator.

Out of Stock
Displays red indicator when stock is insufficient.

Quick Stock View
Click the detailed stock button to view stock availability by location.
