How do I activate the stock columns on the purchase order line?
Click the optional columns icon (three dots) at the top right of the purchase order line table and enable "Qty On Hand", "Forecasted Qty", and "Stock Coverage" fields in Odoo 18.
Does this work on Odoo Community edition?
Yes — compatible with Odoo 18.0 Community and Enterprise on Odoo.sh and On-Premise. Not available for Odoo Online (SaaS).
Will the stock values change after I confirm the purchase order?
No. Stock field values are fixed once the PO is confirmed. They only update in real time while the purchase order is in Draft (RFQ) state in Odoo 18.
Can I see stock for products across multiple warehouses?
Yes — use the detail button on the purchase order line to open a popup showing available stock broken down by warehouse location in Odoo 18.
