Frequently Asked Questions
Can I customize the certificate PDF template?
The default PDF template includes standard fields: employee name, date of joining, date of leaving, designation, and purpose. For custom layouts or additional fields, contact us for customization at subashmca2017@gmail.com.
Can multiple certificates be created for the same employee?
Yes — you can create multiple certificate records for the same employee, for example if they need certificates for different purposes or dates.
Does this work with Odoo Community edition?
Yes — compatible with Odoo 19.0 Community and Enterprise on Odoo.sh and On-Premise. Requires the Employees (HR) module.
Is there an approval workflow before printing?
The current version creates and prints directly without a separate approval step. Contact us if you need a manager-approval workflow added.
