The Employee Experience Certificate module helps organizations create and manage employee experience certificates directly in Odoo.
HR teams can easily create a certificate record and generate a professional PDF experience certificate for employees.
All employee information such as name, joining date, designation, and date of leaving is automatically inserted into the certificate.
Create Certificate Records
Easily create employee experience certificate records inside Odoo.
Generate PDF Certificates
Print professional experience certificates directly from the system.
Non-Delete Protection
Once an experience certificate is created, it cannot be deleted.
Dynamic Data
Employee information such as Name, DOJ, Designation, Date of Leaving,
and Purpose is automatically populated into the certificate PDF.
Navigate to Certificates
Go to: Employees → Configuration → Certificates.
Certificates Menu
After installing the module, a new Certificates menu will appear.
Create Experience Certificate
Open the Experience Certificate menu and create a new record
with employee details.
Print Certificate
From the action menu, click Experience Certificate Print
to generate the PDF document.
The system generates a professional employee experience certificate that can be downloaded or shared with the employee.
