How it works
Invoicing → Fast Billing App
1. Assign billing access group
To be able to use billing app assign the user to the Billing Access Group.
2. Find the module in your apps dashboard
After installing the billing app, find it in your Odoo apps dashboard and open.
3. Fresh order screen — start billing
The app opens with fresh order screen. Start typing item codes or names and the system will auto-fill product details. Edit quantities, prices or descriptions.
4. Unsaved order (draft in progress)
While you are entering items, the order will be marked as unsaved. It gives you a possibility to freely edit product lines before saving or posting the invoice.
5. Draft order — saved
After saving, the order becomes draft. You can open it later and modify if needed.
6. Paid orders list
After payment, orders will appear in the Paid Orders list.
7. PDF download notification
As soon as you save or pay an order, the system generates PDF invoice. You will receive a notification with link to download it.
8. Invoice PDF preview
Open the generated PDF Invoice to see or print professional document.
