How It Works

Assign Billing Access Group
First, ensure the user has the required billing access group to create and manage invoices.

Open the Billing App
After installing the module, the Billing App appears in the Odoo dashboard.

Start Billing
Enter product codes or names to automatically load product details and create invoice lines.

Draft Order Creation
As items are added, the invoice remains in an unsaved state allowing flexible editing.

Save Draft or Complete Payment
Save the invoice as a draft or complete the payment using the Save & Pay workflow.
