Frequently Asked Questions
Does the dashboard update automatically or do I need to refresh?
The dashboard reflects real-time attendance data from Odoo 18. Reload the page to see the latest check-in and check-out events if they occurred after you opened the dashboard.
Can I see attendance for a specific department only?
Use the Employee filter to select employees from a specific department. The Department Distribution chart also breaks down attendance by department visually.
Does it show working hours or only check-in/out times?
Both — the attendance history log shows check-in time, check-out time, and calculated working hours for each attendance record in Odoo 18.
Is this compatible with Odoo Community edition?
Yes — compatible with Odoo 18.0 Community and Enterprise on Odoo.sh and On-Premise. Requires the Attendances module. Not available for Odoo Online (SaaS).
