The Customised Filters For Financial Reports module enhances Odoo’s accounting reports by adding powerful filters for warehouse, branch, and sales person.

These filters help businesses analyze financial data more effectively across different locations, departments, and sales teams.

Key Features

Automatic Data Mapping
Existing Bills and Invoices warehouse and sales person fields are automatically mapped from Purchase Orders and Sales Warehouses during installation.

Financial Report Filters
Warehouse, Branch, and Sales Person filters are available in all financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

Account Branch Master
A new branch management menu is added under Accounting → Configuration → Management → Account Branch.

Invoice and Vendor Bill Enhancements
Warehouse, Branch, and Sales Person fields are added at line level in Invoice and Vendor Bill forms.

Journal Items Enhancements
Warehouse, Branch, and Sales Person columns are added to Journal Item list view and form view.

How It Works

Install the Module
After installation, a new Accounting Branch menu will be available in the Accounting configuration.

Create Accounting Branches
Users can create and manage branches to categorize financial transactions.

Select Branch in Invoices or Bills
While creating or editing invoices and vendor bills, select the appropriate branch, warehouse, and sales person.

Apply Filters in Financial Reports
Use the newly added filters in reports such as Profit & Loss to analyze financial data by warehouse, branch, and sales person.

Journal Items also display Warehouse, Account Branch, and Sales Person columns for improved financial tracking and reporting.
