Stock Visibility Directly in Sale Orders
The Sale Order Stock Availability & Forecast module enhances the sale order line view by displaying current stock availability, forecasted quantity, and stock coverage percentage directly within quotations. Sales teams can instantly check product availability without leaving the sale order form.
With Red, Orange, and Green color indicators and a detailed stock view by location, sales teams can make better commitments to customers and avoid confirming orders for items that cannot be fulfilled on time.

Forecasted Quantity
Displays future stock including incoming and outgoing movements for each product in the quotation line.
Stock Coverage Percentage
Indicates how much of the ordered quantity can be fulfilled from current and forecasted stock.
Color Coding
Three-state visual indicators: Red for out of stock, Orange for partial stock, Green for sufficient stock.
Detailed Stock View
Click the stock button to view stock availability broken down by warehouse location for each product.
UoM Support
Fully compatible with different product Units of Measure — quantities shown in the product's default UoM.

Get the Module
1. Navigate to Sales → Orders → Quotations
2. Open or create a quotation and add products
3. Click the three dots (optional columns) in the order line section
4. Enable On Hand Qty, Forecasted Qty, and Coverage columns
5. Color indicators show stock status for each product line
6. Click stock button for location-wise stock breakdown
