Salary Certificates Built into Odoo HR
The Employee Salary Certificate module allows you to create and manage salary certificate records for employees directly inside Odoo. Easily generate a professionally formatted PDF certificate with dynamic employee data.
Once a salary certificate is created, it is protected from deletion to ensure accurate HR records. All relevant details including Name, Date of Joining, Purpose, and Date of Issue are automatically populated from existing employee records.

Generate a printable salary certificate PDF by clicking the Salary Certificate print action from the menu.
Non-Delete Security

Get the Module
1. Install the module from Odoo Apps
2. Navigate to Employee → Certificates → Salary Certificates
3. Create a new salary certificate record with employee details and purpose
4. Go to the action menu and click Salary Certificate Print
5. Download the professionally formatted PDF
6. Records are permanently stored and cannot be deleted
