Yes — multiple salary certificate records can be created for the same employee, for example for different purposes or dates in Odoo 18.
Can I customize the salary certificate PDF template?
The default template includes standard fields: employee name, date of joining, purpose, and date of issue. For custom layouts, letterheads, or additional fields, contact us at subashmca2017@gmail.com.
Does the certificate include the salary amount?
The current version includes the purpose of the certificate and standard employment details. For salary amount inclusion, contact us for a customized version.
Is this compatible with Odoo Community edition?
Yes — compatible with Odoo 18.0 Community and Enterprise on Odoo.sh and On-Premise. Requires the Employees (HR) module. Not available for Odoo Online (SaaS).
