This module adds a dedicated NOC menu under the Employee module. HR teams can create NOC records per employee and generate professional PDF certificates from the Action menu without any external documents or templates.

HR managers and administrators using Odoo 18 who need to issue No Objection Certificates to employees for visa applications, bank loans, educational purposes, or other official requirements — with a structured record and PDF output. Works on Odoo.sh and On-Premise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I create multiple NOC records for the same employee?

Yes — multiple No Objection Certificate records can be created for the same employee, for example if they need NOCs for different purposes or on different dates in Odoo 18.

Can I customize the NOC PDF template?

The default template includes standard fields: employee name, date of joining, date of issue, and purpose. For custom layouts or additional fields, contact us at subashmca2017@gmail.com.

Does this work with Odoo Community edition?

Yes — compatible with Odoo 18.0 Community and Enterprise on Odoo.sh and On-Premise. Requires the Employees (HR) module. Not available for Odoo Online (SaaS).

Is there an approval step before printing the NOC?

The current version prints directly without a separate approval workflow. Contact us if you need a manager-approval step before the PDF can be generated.
