Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN Review: Best All-Rounder for Sony E-Mount?
There are a lot of zoom lenses for Sony E-mount cameras out there, however, not many achieve the right balance of portability, speed and cost like this particular Sigma lens does. The 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN Contemporary is a compact everyday lens which is made for travel photographers, vloggers, and everyone who is tired of switching primes all the time. This lens represents a rather unique position in Sigma's portfolio as it offers wide and telephoto angles of view in one lightweight barrel which can be left on the camera all the time. During our tests, we tried to find out how effective this lens is in portrait photography, street shooting, low light conditions and whether the constant F2.8 aperture and APS-C-oriented range are worth their name or this is just another reliable zoom lens based on popularity of the brand.

UV Protection Arm Sleeves Review: Do They Really Block Sun?
For cyclists and outdoor athletes, using sunscreen during training is often impractical as it's difficult to apply the lotion regularly. Thus, UV protection arm sleeves can be a much more convenient option. This review is dedicated to testing a 3-pack of fingerless UV protection arm sleeves during several weeks of cycling and sports activity to assess their capability to stay in place during vigorous physical activity, breathability to prevent overheating in summer weather, and visibility of any tan or skin reddening from UV rays on covered versus unprotected skin. This analysis is based on our realistic impressions of a few weeks of usage, not just one day of testing.
UV Protection Arm Sleeves: Do They Survive Regular Washing?
Sometimes the fabrics used in sun-protection items lose the effectiveness of the UV-blocking treatment quicker than the fabric itself deteriorates with repeated washings, so the focus of the repeated testing of these UV protection arm sleeves was on wash resistance rather than the previous cycling performance test. In accordance with the feedback from users, this review focuses on the behavior of the arm sleeves when they are being washed with care in accordance with the recommendations after several weeks of regular usage. The tests include assessing the elasticity, seams stability and overall condition of the sleeves after each wash in order to understand the behavior of the product in reality rather than just in one day.
