The product is surely powerful and does help get rid of all the stains on your sofas/Carpet.The only flaw or downside is that you need to buy specific Bissell based solution and no other substitute available in the market can be used. Could be just me but yes, the solution/formula is pretty expensive and a 1Litre will give an output of maybe 12-13 washes. Again, it might just be me personally but yeah i believe it's a. Expensive and b. Could have been better if Other cheaper substitutes of maybe 5Litres in the same price range could be used.For the product i'll give a 4/5And for the cost it incurs 'coz of the specific formula to be used i'll give a 3/5

Like a valuable treasure found that makes the expedition a whole lot than the hard work put in the journey. Which is not just the price to value ratio in this case but the satisfying experience of having to use one of the world class... Regarding its working and functionality it surpasses my expectations and meets my requirements and beyond. The chemical with it is something super cleaner, mix, spray and rub the dirtiest dry stain on carpet gets magically clear. Vacuum suction is enough for wet and low wattage is contentment. The parts provided are generous and adds so much value in this package. There are tens of models from Bissel for the same purpose and among those four are available here... Very sturdy product and does the job well. I have to refill water quite a few times s but the cleaning was amazing. Upholstery was properly cleaned and was dried in few hours.

I have been using the Bissell Portable Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner for 6 months and it works well for carpets sofas curtains and mattresses. It removes stains effectively and the unit is compact easy to carry and simple to assemble.The downside is that the Bissell shampoo is quite expensive and the machine is mainly for upholstery cleaning. It cannot replace a regular vacuum for floor or multipurpose use.If you want a portable cleaner only for fabrics and upholstery it is a solid option but if you are looking for an all round home vacuum you may feel restricted.Overall great product ...perfect for deep cleaning upholstery and fabrics delivering strong results.

This little carpet cleaner has helped me tremendously on the rare occasion when one of my dogs has been sick in the house while I am out. Rarely happens but when it does it's awful to come home and find. Knowing I have this cleaner available helps me relax when I leave the house.

I purchased this a while ago, started using it today and after 2min It started smelling like a burnt wire and stopped working! I checked the Voltage and found out that it’s 120 V. Don’t buy it.
