However, it stopped working after some uses, which was disappointing.On the positive side, I contacted customer support, and they repaired it but it too not worked and so they replaced it with a new unit without much hassle. I appreciate their after-sales service.I'm hoping the replacement lasts much longer. Based on my experience the customer service was really good.

I was in the market to buy a good car vaccum cleaner and was searching for a perfect device since past two weeks but somehow got settled with this one.It is by no means a perfect device however I personally used it in my car and I am happy with the results.My car had some dust and debris buildup around foot area and this vaccum cleaner picked up everything to my satisfaction. It worked great for almost 10 months but then stopped working completely. No dedicated service center. However, you can send videos and invoice to their support team and if the product is within warranty period they get the product picked up and delivered after repair without any extra cost.
