It’s my first mirror-less camera and being a photography novice, A6700 was the best tool with a balance of budget and features.It’s a beast of an APS-C in terms of picture and video quality (offering the same sensor as FX30), super fast autofocus with an AI chip and its portability factor.Out of the box, I had a 64GB SD card and straps along with a 18-135mm lens. The latter offers a good balance of wide and zoom photo, tiny but packs a punch for most enthusiasts.It’s easy to use with a responsive touch-screen, few buttons and an auto mode that does the job for almost all well lit scenes.You won’t be missing anything at this price and the next best thing would be a full frame 2025 Sony A7 mark 5, albeit at a higher price.Another good thing about the E-mount system is, you can use both APS-C and full frame lenses on it. I got the Sony 400-800mm lens next and it works perfectly with the camera.

Just buy it. It's a great camera in this price range. I've been using it for half a year now and it has never failed me. Go for the 18-135mm lens, please do not go for 16-55mm. 18-135mm lens would be a great first lens to own, it is super versatile. I have shot every kind of picture with this camera and lens - portrait, landscape, macro ( although it's not a macro lens), long exposure, freeze motion etc and even videos. Although this is not a macro lens, I could make it work to shoot decent macros. It has an aps-c sensor so it isn't a fully professional camera but falls in the consumer - professional area. But it has the capabilities of a professional camera. I honestly love it more than the Alpha 7III, IV and obviously more than 6100 or 6400.If you have the budget for the camera, just get it, you will not regret it at all.

Excellent Quality

This is my first mirrorless camera. I purchased it after a very long and extensive research. Simply put, this camera can do anything you could imagine. In this price range, this is the best you could get in my opinion. I am yet to learn this camera system completely but so far it looks amazing. If you have the budget, this is the one for you. Will post review after using it for some more time.I did receive Sony camera bag as well.

This is an insane hybrid camera. Initially I was confused between this, Canon R7, Fuji XS20/T50, and then I pulled the trigger since this had a better lens ecosystem, and man, the AF is cool as f. I am a beginner and have attached a few photos. (A bit of color grading has been done on some of them.)Battery Life: I was able to get around 400+ shots and a few video clips; yet, my battery was at 20%. You can connect a power bank and shoot all day, and I faced no heating issues so far.You can get to know more about it on YouTube, and I am no expert at the time of review. I will update if I find anything.The bundle comes with a 64gb v30 card and a sony alpha bag.

Best camera for photo video..... in this budget... lens.. as fx30 good lens

This is an amazing camera, worth every penny. It has good dynamic range and crisp images. The awesome thing is that the photos can be used as is for social media without any editing. Sony provides a V30 memory card, which does not support 4K video capture. If it had been provided, then it would have become a complete package. Overall, it was a great purchase.
