The box of package is open and inside packing material was defective and tape on on all round, it seems the product is used or returned by someone else.
Very Good Product And Pre Heat Quickly and bread are very Crispy within a minute. Like the product, easy to use, durable. there only one problem wire is to small you have to use extension
