Product is good, value for money.But package was open and warrenty card was missing.
The torch light I purchased is of very poor quality. It takes more than 4 hours to charge, but the battery level drops immediately after charging. The customer service is also very disappointing. I have emailed them twice, but there has been no response.The service is absolutely useless. I strongly recommend not purchasing this product.

I use this one for 6 months.pros: I feel good build quality of light and visibility.cons:Battery backup is not really good and worth paying. Its OK kind of backup I feel.I give 3 star rating for its switch function. Once we turn on the light we cannot turn of directly.It has a single functional switch. it means, you need to jump all lighting modes and then turn off. This is annoying.
