Purifier design and water quality are very good. TDS after purification is around 100 and taste is good. Installation was completed properly and purifier looks premium on wall. For External sediment filter installation (own filer)techcian charger 200rs extra, that was a huge disappointmentOnly issue is inlet valve was not included in the box, and I had to spend around ₹300 extra to purchase it separately. Amazon support response was not very helpful regarding this accessory issue.Overall purifier performance is very good, but company should include all basic installation accessories in the package.
