The LG FHD1107SWM is the premium paperweight you never knew you needed.I purchased this masterpiece on June 3rd, and it arrived promptly on June 9th. Little did I know, the delivery was the absolute peak of my LG customer journey. Since then, the machine has sat uninstalled, serving only as a daily reminder of my own foolish optimism.LG's installation process is essentially a brilliant piece of avant-garde theater. First, they send you an automated WhatsApp message introducing you to your assigned "Service Engineer." The plot twist? His phone is perpetually switched off. He is a ghost. A phantom roaming the streets of Bengaluru, completely untethered from the constraints of customer service.When I finally reached LG support to inquire about my missing phantom, I was introduced to the true mastermind behind this tragedy: The "Pending Transfer" status. Apparently, my ticket was routed to the wrong local service center, where it remains trapped. I spend my days monitoring APIs, maintaining cloud-hosted web services, and optimizing operational processes for a living, and I must admit—I am in sheer awe of LG's system architecture. It takes a spectacularly profound level of software incompetence to trap a simple local service request in a permanent digital black hole and leave it there for days.Every morning, I call the Nagarbhavi service center. Every morning, they promise me someone will be dispatched "today." And every evening, I sit next to my glorious ₹56,990 cube, waiting for a savior who never arrives. They simply blame the "system status update," completely absolving themselves of any human agency or problem-solving capability.If you do decide to brave the customer care hotline, be prepared. Calling them is like attending a support group for the chronically exhausted. The agents sound so utterly drained, disinterested, and burdened by your existence that you almost want to apologize for interrupting their day. There are no follow-up emails, no ownership, and no resolutions—just the echoing void of corporate apathy.In conclusion: The washing machine looks fantastic. I haven't been able to wash a single sock in it, but it sure ties the room together. Buy this product only if you enjoy begging for basic services and studying catastrophic operational inefficiencies up close.

I can't express what a terrible experience I hadLG---1) Delivered a defective washing machine with broken drum2) It took 7 days after several cancellations and reschedules to bring them for the demo. And this is how they SCAM you. They delay so that you miss the return/replace period without knowing it's defective and then you are duped of your hard earned money3) When amazon raises a replacement service, they call LG technician to come. Who came and asked for money to repair and won't pay for parts either. WHAT KIND OF SCAM REPLACEMENT SERVICE IS THIS?4) Terrible, rude behaviour from LG associatesIf this is how they behave at the beginning. I can't imagine they'll be when you are requesting servivce after using it.Amazon- Terrible customer service in this case- They were finally ready to start a return. But it has been 15 days, 3 pick up cancellations and resheduling. But still nobody picked up the product, and no refund- Every time I reach out to Amazon customer service, they just create a new pick up request and cancel the past one, to keep postponing without giving you a refund. That's their SCAM tactics.- No empathy for the cutomer at all.DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GO THROUGH MENTAL TRAUMA. BECAUSE AMAZON OR LG DOESN'T CAREFollow-up update-----------It's been alomost a month. Still the defective washing machine is not picked up. I'm being passed around by amazon customer service.
