This is a nice steamer. The bent design makes it really easy to use. I bought it specifically for my sinus issues, but it didn't help much with that. However, I think it’s a great product for taking facial steam.

Using it for sometime and its working well

In the past 10 years or so I have bought numerous so-called "steam inhalers" for medical reasons. I have bought online as well as the offline brand called "Console" from local medical stores. While Console was slightly better than online ones, all of them had three major drawbacks - 1) takes a long time to produce steam 2) feels like boiling water is sprinkled to your face 3) steam is ejected without any force in an irregular fashion (similar to how smoke comes off candles or incense sticks), which means you literally have to chase the steam with your face. In the end, I actually had to follow the traditional way where you cover your head and steamer with a towel so that steam does not escape.I have been using a HealthSense PS 126 personal weighing scale for a while now and so when I saw that they have a steam inhaler available, the purchase was a no-brainer for me, even if it costs 4 times that of a regular steamer. But once I used it, I realised it is totally worth the money. This is the first steamer I have used that provides the following benefits:1. Produces smaller misty steam instead of sprinkles of boiling water which feels good on your face2. Creates steam in just 40 seconds from switch on while conventional steamer sometimes takes up to 5 minutes3. Focussed jet of continuous steam means you don't have to chase the steam with your face; it blows right on to you.4. While the smaller tank of 55ml causes an inconvenience of refilling frequently as it produces only 8 minutes of steam, it also means you use fresh water every other time you steam. Doctors recommend you do that, which rarely happens with the conventional steamers that have 250-300ml tanks.5. Last but not least, elegantly stylish looks. This is one steamer you can show off proudly on your showcase.All in all, I would say it is an incredible product that is totally value for money. Just go for it.

This is probably the worst and dangerous decision anyone can take by purchasing this product.To be honest, I'm one such person who never write a negative review or 1 star rating but i had to do so with this product.Those who are sensible enough should pay attention what serious damage it can cause to your near and dear one's.This product contains UV or OZONE lamp or something which is very dangerous for lungs. Don't believe me!! Just Google yourself. It was an eye-opener for us. Once you start taking the steam, you can sense the smell of OZONE.Though we respect that manufacturer and distributor has tried his best to give a quality product by adding UV to this but honestly he or she is probably unaware of how much damage it can do to your lungs by ozone enriched steam.In my opinion, the fault of the manufacturer or provider is to ADVERTISE such product as usable in steam inhalation during cold etc.(READ DISCLAIMER AT THE BOTTOM).This is undoubtedly good for skin care and other things but definitely not at all SAFE for Steam / Vaporizer.Another worst part : THE PRODUCT IS NON RETURNABLE. SO WE HAVE WASTED INR 2000/- Approx. for something which is unusable now and unfortunately kept as lifelong quarantine product. (Sarcasm) as we don't have any use of it apart from taking steam.All in all i would like to suggest manufacturer and the distributor to take down images that shows this product can be used for steam inhalation purpose.You will probably risk those who have lung problems and those too who still have normal lungs.Otherwise, it's a good quality product and durable when compared to most of the counterparts but a BIG NO for lungs.Note 1:I have rated everything 1 star so that the review remain visible when searched for lowest rating but if you are looking this product for anything except steam inhalation then its 10 out of 10.Note 2:To the manufacturer and the distributor (if these are the correct representation)It really felt bad while writing this review. Trust me. But i know deep down you yourself probably don't want to harm someone UNKNOWINGLY, esp at the time of COVID where people's life is at stake.Though product was expensive but still we didn't wanted to compromise on health thus we purchased it.Health comes first. But since it stand just opposite of it, we are bound to make people aware.If you would be in our shoes, you'll probably have done the same.Note 3:To all dear readers,Please understand the seriousness of the situation and please try to inquire this detail with each and every other steam Vaporizer product of any/ every other company.Buy only if you are sure it does not contain OZONE rich steam through any means.Money loss is not going to be a big deal here. Problem caused to your near and dear ones will be the biggest problem.I would like to request all the readers to spread a word about dangers of UV / OZONE enriched steam on their social media so that maximum people can understand the pros and cons of it.DISCLAIMER :Please note, as far as i know, UV rays when comes in contact with water creates OZONE which is dangerous for those who inhale it.The above mentioned review stands correct and applicable only if it qualifies the same dangers i have thought it can cause.This is just an opinion and should be taken as opinion only. This is a wonderful product for everyone from children to adults. I trust it so much that this is my 3rd purchase—one for my house, and the others for my parents and in-laws. My first unit worked smoothly for 4–5 years before giving up, and the others are running perfectly. The only issue is the lack of easy repair options or service centers once it stops working. Still worth it
