I purchased this Cellbell chair from Amazon with a **3-year warranty**. After around one year of use, the hydraulic mechanism stopped working properly. I contacted Cellbell support through WhatsApp, and their team confirmed that the hydraulic unit was defective and assured me that they would send a replacement.They provided a tracking number, but the replacement was never delivered. When I checked the tracking details, I found that the shipment was cancelled without any explanation. I have tried multiple times to contact their support team, but there has been no proper response.The product quality and, more importantly, the after-sales service are very disappointing. A company should honor its warranty commitments and support customers after purchase.I hope Cellbell and Amazon take this issue seriously and improve their warranty support process. I would not recommend this product unless the company improves its customer service.
