It's not able to measure more than 205 BP. Also as time of day and hand(right/left) will impact the reading significantly so should measure at sane time each day for better accuracy. Setting time and all mentioned in manual.

Usable and okay.
I had purchased this product on October 2023. Within one month time, the batteries given by them has been leaked & entirely spoiled the display. When tried to contact the Service Centre nearby, they insisted to mail their customer care about this issue, then we will give you replacement. I had mailed to their customer care, after two reminders only they are responding to the mail. And following is the reply received from them." Superior quality
i use this product since 6 months. its works good.i am working in dispensary.so i use this product in regular day to day use.everyday i check 20 to 30 patient bp monitor thorugh this product. only one draw back is that its battery operated. if they put adapter socket or inbuilt rechargable battery than its very good. first batteries which was inside box when purchase,that bateries run almost 3 months. and duracell AAA 2X LONGER BATTERIES RUN ALMOST 30 DAYS IN THIS machine. i tried everyready extralong and panasonic aaa battieries but none of these suite in this device. these batteries drain soon. so my suggestion is if ur usage is daily then i suggest do with breurer device which is compatible with adaptor.and if u want use not frequently than go with this bp machine and when u not use,kindly one battery remove from machine,so it wont drain fast ,if u are not use frequent.

I bought this as I have a cardiac problem where I need to keep an eye on my blood pressure and heart rate.I know that certain blood pressure monitors are way off with their readings so I decided to research a few and only buy one which was certified by the British and European Hypertensive Society or whatever it was.I ordered this one and was a little dubious as I hadn't heard of the make before but figured that the build quality would be good seen as it is German made and I was right.It's a great piece of kit, very accurate, easy to store and comes with it's own bag. My only complaint was that the batteries they sent with it were dead but they were in a sealed pack so it was probably just a one off and not something they would realise and it was no big deal.The machine itself is very easy to use and can hold up to sixty readings for two separate memories if I remember correctly. It also tells you if your heart is in an altered rhythm or arrhythmia which is very handy for me.Over all I'm very pleased with this product and thought it was an excellent price for what it is. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reliable monitor which they can trust results wise.
