I purchased an Atomberg wall-mounted fan, and after using it for just 6 months, it developed a problem. I have been raising complaints and following up continuously for the past 2 months, but still there is no proper resolution or responsible response.A product can sometimes develop a fault — that is understandable. But keeping a customer waiting for 2 months despite repeated complaints is completely unacceptable, especially when the product is under warranty.I am extremely disappointed with Atomberg’s after-sales service and customer support. The product may be good, but the service experience has been extremely frustrating.6 months of usage → Fan developed a problem → 2 months of complaints → Still no proper solution.Very disappointing experience. I would seriously think twice before recommending Atomberg to anyone based on this service experience.

Nice product wall fan is working fine
It is not 💯 % noiseless fan make , make noise on 4-5 and on boost mode naturally it is air noise however it is range 13-15 feet flow not more than it and .. now let's see how much power save .. forgot remote control it is working very well.. oscillation is issue . Oscillation mode it is move left side more right side is little . Company person visited same day as per complaint raised and told it is as per company as motor left side this is not justified answer.. so note you have to hang fan as per rotation left side only .

I brought this fan assuming this is premium fan given twice the cost. It shakes and build quality looks very cheap for the price. But this doesn't mean its a bad fan! You can but it but if you want cost to quality, better off buying other brands around 100 aed.Edit: doesn't work anymore
